I founded Bootstrap Computer Services because too many companies today are in business for the quick buck and let the customers down when it comes to service. My values may be a little old fashioned but I truly believe that customers deserve to be treated fairly and with respect.

I can make more money by repairing the computer system and returning to fix it again and again than by advising you that the time has come for replacement. Integrity
I have spent the past 26 years as an electronics and computer technician. 20 of those years were in the U.S. Air Force. The last 6 years I have been a computer technician in the commercial and retail markets. I stand behind my work. I provide a labor warranty to make sure that the client is satisfied with the service provided. Past the warranty if you have a question just contact me via e-mail or phone.
