Bootstrap Computer Services will shop the local area for the computer that best fits your requirements and budget. Bootstrap computer services will then deliver and setup your new system for you. If the computer that fits your needs cannot be found, then one can be built to your specifications.

Networking
Connecting multiple computers to a DSL, Cable or other broadband internet connection. Setup file and print sharing. Secure wireless devices connected to the network.

Spyware and virus removal
Removal of virus and spyware from computer system using scanning tools and removal techniques. Recommend Spyware and Anti-virus prevention programs if needed.

Hardware replacement and upgrade
Repair or replace defective hardware components. Upgrade system to user specifications

Software installation and upgrade
Upgrade, and install software as required.

Computer Tutor
Bootstrap Computer Services will answer any questions pertaining to the operation of the computer system including how to connect digital cameras and retrieve your pictures. Bootstrap computers will teach operation but not how to fix the computer (that is our job).

Data Backup
Data can be worth more than the computer system on which it is stored. Depending on the condition of the hard drive we will retrieve data that you specify and
recommend a data back-up solution.

Because of this it is recommended that regular data backups be performed. If a current backup has not been performed we will recommend a data backup as part of the service.
